The Britannia was built for Queen Elizabeth II in 1954 and was the royal yacht until 1997. At 412 feet in length, the Britannia resembles a small ocean liner. Its not nearly as ornate inside as other royal residences as the Queen wanted something more like a country home. Quite a historic vessel!
