We stopped by Shenandoah Caverns this morning on our way out of Harrisonburg. The one hour tour of the cave was excellent! There were many interesting and beautiful formations to see. Our tour guide, Leah, was excellent and explained quite a bit about what we saw and also the history of the cave. Its a pretty interesting story, it was discovered by two local boys who decided to use it as a hideout with their friends and did so for a year before their parents found out! She also mentioned that Canon recently filmed some promotional videos in this cave for the new EOS RP camera.
