At the end of Harpers Corner Road is the Harpers Corner Trail, located in a remote section of Colorado a few miles from the Utah border. The trail is located high above a canyon carved by the Green River near where it is joined by the Yampa River. This confluence of rivers down in the canyon yields some incredible scenery! This location of the Green River is a popular place for multi-day rafting excursions - I managed to get a shot of a group getting back into their rafts down below!
