Wunderbar!!! Despite a dark afternoon with overcast skies, Lucerne was still spectacular! As it is Christmas day, the streets weren't too busy and most of the restaurants and stores in town were closed. Its hard to stay what I liked best - the city views with Lake Lucerne and the river Reuss? The historic European buildings? The Christmas decorations? It was all quite fabulous!
