Monserrate again! When I arrived, it was occasionally raining lightly with a low ceiling but the city was still visible down below. As time progressed, clouds eventually rolled in until the city was no longer visible although happily the rain stopped. It did begin to clear later on in the evening, just like yesterday. A spectacular sight no matter the weather, though I guess a downpour would be rather unpleasant!
